I'm running Joy Rebels because I believe joy opens hearts, softens defenses, and helps us meet ourselves and each other with more honesty, warmth, and spark. In Joy Rebels, we'll do simple, embodied activities like breathwork, games, movement, and warm, honest conversations that help us feel more connected and alive together.
